Kedron House
The family of our recent Kedron project reached out in need of more space. With a growing family their once humble abode had become too small. They wanted a modern architectural extension and loved the concept of the old vs new contrast.
Working in conjunction with punch design their dream began to turn into a reality. The sleek look of the colourbond cladding in conjunction with the extensive glazing were the two initial design priorities.
The two storey extension included a parents retreat to the entire top level with the ground floor addition centred around the new living and dining area. A new main bathroom was also incorporated as the previous bathroom made way for the hallway connecting the two spaces.
The extensive natural light showcased the stunning timber features prevalent throughout the build, as the stairwell combined seamlessly with the matching screening and balustrade. However the centrepiece of the living area was a custom veneer bookshelf which is phenomenal.
Our personal favourite feature of the build is the double height void. This space combines all the great finishes of the build along with an excellent lighting selection. The pictures scream luxury. Take a look for yourself.
