Wavell Heights

Our Wavell Heights property underwent a full scale renovation. Having not been touched in 50 years the arci team gave it a new lease of life. The owners opting for an open plan style living saw numerous walls demolished and relocated to have the new hamptons style kitchen as the centrepiece of the home. The project included a full internal and external repaint, a new main bathroom, an updated entry and a sand and stain to the original timber floors.
